"Exchange was totally fine"
Had to do an exchange and, you know, I was completely calm about it... definitely not quietly bracing for a hassle. But it was sorted really quickly with no fuss, so all good.

"Nice coat, but don’t guess the size"
I got this coat for my dog and assumed their usual size would be fine, but I checked the sizing guide last minute and went one size up. Glad I did, because it fits well and isn’t too snug around the chest. Delivery was totally fine too. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the sizing was a little easier to figure out.

"Pretty good for the price"
For what I paid, I’m happy with it, the delivery was fine, nothing amazing, but no real issues. The dog coat seems well made too, especially considering the price.

"I used it on my dog’s muddy..."
I used it on my dog’s muddy bed and, to be fair, it came out much cleaner than I thought it would. I was a bit annoyed that there was still a slight smell after the first wash, but after running it through again, it was fine. Not absolutely perfect first time, but I can’t really complain

"Still holding up great after plenty of muddy walks"
I’ve had this for a few months now and it’s still going strong. It’s been through a bunch of muddy walks and I haven’t had any issues with it. I did check in with support early on and they basically said, “Just give it a quick rinse and let it dry,” which has pretty much been all I’ve needed to do. So far, really happy with it.

"Decent, but not wow"
Got a dog coat and toy. Coat looks good, stitching’s fine, but the fabric feels a bit thin for the price. Toy was okay, though it looked rough after a few days. Not bad, not great. I’d maybe buy again on sale.

"Umm, I was actually surprised how well it..."
Umm, I was actually surprised how well it works. It dries my dog really fast and makes the whole process a lot easier
